how old is too old?
random question: should age matter when dating someone? is ten years too much of a difference? or does it depend on the mental age of both? im too lazy to think about it myself. much love missAfrica2001

i don't know... at 19, 29 might be a bit of a stretch. just make sure he's not using you, that he sees you as an equal.

While I don't think that age is a huge obstacle in relationships, stage of life can be... I have a number of friends who had wonderful relationships with folks 10-15 years older than them. But, most of these relationships broke down after 2-3 years when they started to realize that they were at different points in life. It's hard if one person wants to settle down (e.g. wanting to buy houses, have kids) and the other wants to go out with large groups of friends, or travel or move to a different city/country every few years.
